Methamphetamine worth $20,000 and $42,000 in cash found in South Island bust

Several arrests have been made following a large drug bust in Dunedin and Invercargill.
Police said methamphetamine with a street value of about $20,000 has been seized along with four vehicles, a gun, and $42,000 in cash.
Det Snr Sgt Rob Hanna said two women were arrested on Tuesday, a day after four men were charged with a range of similar offences.
It s believed the group had strong links to several gangs in the South Island, Hanna said.
Methamphetamine continues to cause extreme harm in the community and police will continue to focus and target those selling and pushing this harm in order to hold those offenders accountable. ....
