The Karnataka German Technical Training Institute (KGTTI) centre in Hubballi lacks proper facilities for smooth management. Despite land identification in Navanagar, Hubballi, the government has not taken steps to upgrade the institute. The centre is conducting multidisciplinary vocational training in various industrial technical fields. The government schemes such as the Chief Minister’s Kaushalya Karnataka Yojane (CMKKY) and the SCP/TSP schemes are being implemented effectively through the centre.
