Reporter raj, Oakland Police have described what they call an aggressive search as they say a man walked out of this Safeway Store this afternoon and carjacked and kidnapped a 13yearold girl and elderly man from the parking lot in broad daylight. Police say it all took place just before 1 00 this afternoon. They say this man, scene in the photo, taken from surveillance cameras inside the Safeway Store tried stealing items from inside the store. Were told they were lobster tails. There was some type of lt altercation. He then came out of the store with a knife and forced his way into an suv with a girl about 13 years old and an elderly man inside.
