Luzerne County voters outside of 14 wards in Wilkes-Barre city may return mail-in ballots for the Nov. 7 election without any issues, county Manager Romilda Crocamo said Sunday.
A Thursday special meeting of the Dallas Twp. supervisors regarding a ballot drop box at Misericordia University will be held as scheduled, even though the proposed drop box site is
