We plan to release a Lite version after finishing the next major upgrade, hopefully in 2017. It will be 100% free and still give you a lot more info than other free IP scanners. And our Pro version will always be free for up to 50 network devices, so it s generally free for home use or very small networks, which is where we d assume someone would pay $10 for such an app. Our Pro version is and will be targeted to industry pros, including MSPs (Managed Service Providers). With the current version, we believe a $149 base price isn t too much to charge for an easy-to-use IP scanner that gives you better results than all free network scanners on any platform.
