Coroner Eamon MacGowan returned a narrative verdict at the inquest into the death of Sligo woman Jessica McLoughlin (40) who was killed after being hit by a train at Knoxpark, Co Sligo last summer.
There is no record of knife attacks on staff at University Hospital Sligo and none of staff being assaulted with pepper spray or hammers or screwdrivers, last weeks meeting of the Regional Health Forum West was told.
