welcome back to velshi & ruhle. today at 3:00 p.m., the house rules committee is going to meet to mark up the resolution forming lining the next step of the impeachment inquiry. in a mark up, the committee reads the text of the resolution and individual members can offer debate and potentially add amendments. committee don t change the texts of the resolution. they vote on amendments to recommend on the house adopted when it considers the resolution on the floor. these amendments can complete in some cases of the complete substitute. today s mark up will conclude when the committee will conclude the mark up and when it will be sent to the floor. skro joining us now norma torres. thank you for joining us this
