th Street at approximately 12:57 p.m. Twenty-three-year-old Elizabeth Munger of Sac City was northbound on 71 in a 2006 Toyota Corolla. Sixty-four-year-old Cristal Dunkerson of Carroll was southbound on Highway 71 in a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country van and attempting to turn left onto 15
th Street. Dunkerson did not see the Munger vehicle and turned in front of the Toyota, resulting in an impact to the passenger side of the van. Dunkerson was cited for failure to yield on a left turn. ....
