BOISE — The family of JJ Saldaña invites his Idaho community to come together to celebrate his life this Saturday at his alma mater, Boise State University.
J.J. Saldaña helped raise millions of dollars in scholarships for Latino students, and helped change the narrative about college within Idaho’s largest minority. He died last week, at the far-too-premature age of 49.
