Materials firm Valtris Specialty Chemicals has named Simon Medley as its new CEO. Medley had been CEO of manufacturing firm Loparex LLC of Cary, N.C., since 2017.
The Independence company, recently acquired by investment firm SK Capital Partners, said the new CEO is Simon Medley. He takes over the role previously held by Paul Angus.
