All eyes were watching in anticipation of the announcement of Ohio s first $1 million Vax-a-Million lottery winner.Ohio Lottery officials announced the winner at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday and it was Abbigail Bugenske, of Silverton, Ohio.Silverton is a village in Hamilton County that is about 11 miles northeast of Cincinnati. My friend texted me and said, oh my goodness, somebody from Silverton just won the Vax-a-Million! said Colleen Noble of Silverton.The small, quiet village of Silverton was buzzing with excitement Wednesday night.
