LOUISVILLE, Ky.   More antisemitic incidents were reported in Kentucky last year than in any year since the Anti-Defamation League began keeping track more than 40 years ago, according to data the group released Tuesday. There were 19 antisemitic incidents in the Bluegrass State last year, up from the two such incidents in 2019 and higher than the state s annual average of roughly four antisemitic incidents, the New York-based group said. The 19 reported incidents in Kentucky were the most since ADL began tracking antisemitic cases in 1979. “In 2020, Jews across Kentucky had to combat two out-of-control viruses  the coronavirus and the virus of hate,” said James Pasch, the regional director of ADL’s Cleveland Regional Office, which serves Kentucky as well as Ohio, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania.
