Pivotal moment. A group of swiss women have won the first ever climate case victory in the European Court of human rights. Here they are. The court found switzerland had violated some of their human rights by not taking sufficient action on Climate Change. Switzerlands efforts were called woefully inadequate. This ruling could influence the law in 46 other europen countries, including the uk. It comes after last month was officially declared the worlds warmest March On Record.
