Rain bands. tacloban city is located here. i want to point out there s what we call a radar dead zone between two different radars across this region. nonetheless, we ve got recent visuals coming out of this region. this is significant because what i m noticing here is that there are still people on the east coast of had island with this impending landfall of our storm. this is a very precarious spot to be, and you know, really not a great position for those people. we want to see them off the shore and inland as soon as possible. those videos coming out of the east coast of samarra island in the philippines. roughly three hours ago. hopefully they have made it to a safer location. these are the three different scenarios from the different meteorological organizations across the world. highlighting different potential paths of the storm. the cnn meteorologists believe we re going to keep with more of a westerly component. ....
