Sid Tildsley didn’t let the first fall of his high school career get the best of him. The Shawsheen Tech wrestler managed to shake it off, pulling out a dramatic come-from-behind victory to win his third consecutive All-State title.
“We’ve been with each other since we were eight years old, wrestling this whole time,” Sid Tildsley said. “So, the work is spread between people, and it’s just – we all are brothers on this team… We’re cheering each other on the whole time.”
The Foxboro High football team hasn’t faced much postseason adversity during its run to the Div. 5 Super Bowl, but on Friday the Warriors answered a first-half challenge from Shawsheen Tech before pulling away and beating the Rams, 42-12.
