The announcement about Shop-Vac Corp came Thursday from Jason Fink, president and CEO of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. The company, which he said is in the tool business, does not want to be identified until Monday when it makes a formal announcement of the purchase, he said.
