2 charged in September fatal shooting in Steelton

Steelton police have filed homicide charges against two people in connection with a September shooting.
According to Steelton police, arrests warrants have been obtained for Mason Quailes, 20, of Harrisburg, and Shnasia Peterson, 20, of Steelton.
Police say Quailes and Peterson are both charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Quailes is currently behind bars for a separate incident and will be arraigned soon. Police believe Peterson has fled the area, and a warrant has been turned over to the U.S. Marshals for apprehension. ....
