A giant piece of a nuclear-powered fast attack submarine is on a truck making its way to Corpus Christi. The USS City of Corpus Christi's 60-ton sail is currently Texas, expected to arrive this week.
Last December, Corpus Christi City Council approved bringing the 60-ton submarine sail to Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park near Coopers Alley and Shoreline Boulevard.
