NHF's Work-It-Out Challenge is back - Jamaica Observer

The National Health Fund (NHF) has announced the return of its fitness initiative, the Work-It-Out Challenge, in partnership with wellness expert Kamila McDonald. Rather than a weight loss challenge, the 20th anniversary edition covers three components that promote overall wellness: fitness, healthy eating and mental health management, each area being supported by weekly sessions and workshops.
