Witnesses claimed they heard gunfire and saw a man yelling and walking away.
Police found 37-year-old Kenyon Watson, who matched witness descriptions, in the area.

An officer saw Watson with his hand in the front of his pants, which he refused to remove.
More Lincoln Police officers arrived on scene to help take Watson into custody, but he resisted. After a short struggle, officers successfully placed him under arrest.
