法治日報：出租車“不得隨意變更路線”確有必要　　今年以來，營運車輛駕駛員未按導航路線行駛，接連引發乘客跳車事件。2月6日，長沙23歲女孩車莎莎通過貨拉拉平台租用車輛搬家，在跟車途中司機曾三次偏離導航行駛，車莎莎從副駕駛位置跳窗，後經醫治無效身亡。6月12日，杭州市民高女士在乘坐網約車時，司機兩次偏離導航路線，高女士因害怕而跳車，導致身體多處擦傷，左臂骨折。　　事後調查表明，兩起事件中駕駛員均沒有主觀惡意，並非圖謀不軌。前者，貨拉拉司機為節省時間，並提前搶接下一單業務，因此私自更改了行車路線。後者，網約車司機系本地人，熟悉當地路線，故選擇當天上午剛開通的較近路線行駛。但由於信息不對稱，司機這種未解釋清楚原因就擅自變更行駛路線的行為，無一例外地給當事乘客帶來了恐慌心理 ....
