[applause] it is so exciting to be here with you. the battle orange, the battleground. this is the beginning of a great movement forward to make sure we have a huge turnout for the caucus and then we go on and win nevada for the democrats again. [applause] i want to thank roberta lang and everyone who has worked so hard to build our party from the bottom up all over the state and what an amazing dinner. roberta and i were standing up here after senator reid introduced us and let daughter all of you with the excitement and energy that you are projecting and she said, you tell those folks in new hampshire and iowa we have got something going right here in nevada. [applause] now personally, personally i will never forget how many of you have opened your hearts to me and my family, not just this year but over so many years and i promise you this. i promise you, you will always have a friend in the white house sim your president. things. not on everything. but a lot of things. and let s start with our common ground. when 75% of the american people think the federal government is corrupt what does that mean? its democrats, republicans, independents, its young, old, men, women. when 80% believe we have a professional class that cares more about its privilege than on getting anything done republicans and democrats have exempted themselves from all of the laws they passed then matt means once again democrats, republicans, independents agree we need do something different and that is why i am running for president. CARSON CITY – There are a few withdrawals in vacation destinations like New Orleans and Hawaii. There are a few from such tourist locations as Angel Stadium in Anaheim, SeaWorld San Diego and Pier 39 in San Francisco. There are about 1,600 withdrawals in more than 35 states and the territory of Guam.
CARSON CITY – Democrats continued to outpace their Republican counterparts in voter registration efforts in July, the Secretary of State’s office reported this week. Democrats registered 8,121 active voters, while Republicans registered 3,705 active voters. Active registered nonpartisans increased by 4,946 during the same time period.
