A Pennsylvanian businessman is on the buyer’s side of the recent $8.95 million sale of a 1930 estate at 258 Wells Road on Palm Beach’s North End
The four-bedroom, Mediterranean-style estate features a main house, a pool house and a garage with staff quarters, according to its sales listing. In all, the renovated property offers 7,391 of living space, inside and out.
On the buyer’s side of the sale was a Florida limited liability company named Bear 258 LLC. Andrew Dodge is one of the two authorized members of that entity. He heads two companies in Lancaster County PF America Inc., a wholesale distributor of resilient flooring to business and industrial clients; and Laurel Harvest Labs, a medical marijuana company that is a research partner with the medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia.
