Three subsidiaries of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)-listed International Holding Company (IHC) will be listed on the exchange’s Second Market in Q2 2021.
The three subsidiaries are: real estate company Emirates Stallion Group, Al Seer Marine and a third yet unnamed company.
Emirates Stallion Group (ESG) is one of IHC’s subsidiaries and has a diversified portfolio of businesses across engineering and construction, development and management of real estate. ....

UAE-based International Holding Company (IHC) is set to list its key subsidiaries - Emirates Stallion Group (a major engineering and construction group) and Al Seer Marine - on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) in the second quarter. A third unit will be named in the coming weeks.

Three subsidiaries of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)-listed International Holding Company (IHC) will be listed on the exchange’s Second Market commencing in second quarter of 2021.

The UAE today sent an aid plane containing 50 metric tons of food to Sudan as part of its humanitarian initiatives during the holy month of Ramadan to meet the needs of thousands of families with limited income. This comes against the backdrop of ongoing efforts to assist those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
His Excellency Hamad Mohammed Humaid Al Junaibi, UAE Ambassador to Sudan, said: The UAE and Sudan share close historical and fraternal ties in all fields, and Sudan was one of the first countries to receive assistance sent by the UAE as part of its efforts to combat COVID-19. The first shipment of medical assistance was sent in April last year, and many medical shipments were sent in recent months, amounting to 100 metric tons. ....
