Andrew Alexander Ayers, had magnetic personality

April 27, 2021
Andrew Alexander Ayers of Milton went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 8, 2021, at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, Dover, at the age of 58.  Andrew, also affectionately known as “Slim or Big Slim,” was born Dec. 10, 1962, to Margaret Ayers of Lewes and Andrew Knox of Harbeson.  He attended school in the Cape Henlopen School District.
Andrew was a funloving and good humored person who was admired and loved by many.  He had the unique ability to inspire and touch so many lives with his magnetic personality.  People of all ages, especially children, were naturally drawn to him.  He truly loved his family and adored his nieces and nephews with whom he had a special bond.  Unselfishly, he cared and shared his earthly goods with his family and friends. Everyone who knew him has a “Slim” story to share.  And it’s a true story!  Though we feel the loss of his passing, his life and legacy leaves us with so many precious memories ....
