Shawn Beebie is the owner and creator of Second Wind Coffee in Johnstown and is working to becoming a restaurateur. At his shop, they roast their own beans and source them from sustainable farms.
His vision is to “create innovative and welcoming concepts where his roots are planted while expanding into the Capital District and beyond.”
Beebie traded in his days of suits and ties, working for his family’s printing company as vice president of sales, for flannels, jeans, cowboy boots and coffee-making in 2019. He says he has dedicated himself to following his passion with his eyes set on taking on the restaurant and hospitality industry. ....
