A RETIREMENT living complex in Kidderminster has been rated good in its latest inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Following a virtual inspection of Berrington Court on November 9, the CQC praised staff for being kind and caring and respecting people s diverse needs.
The report read: People were supported by staff who were kind and caring and people s equality and diversity needs were respected.
People s support needs were assessed regularly and planned to ensure they received the support they needed”.
