Accused of driving his car into a diner is now charged with seconddegree mu. Rder the additional charges against him come two weeks after that beforeyearold Andrew Sharon died. Investigators say he intentionally drove his suv into the diner several times and then tried to set himself on fire. A lifeguard deeded rescuing when he apparently tried to drown himself on memorial day. This was in alexandria. Witnesses say the lifeguard had been acting strangely, constantly blowing his whistle and pacing around. The cell phone video shows him going underwater and not coming up for 2 minutes 40 seconds. That is when a civilian who mightve been another lifeguard jumped in to pull him out. Two Police Officers then removed their gear and jumped in.
