Son pays tribute to 'Mr and Mrs Christmas'

The son of ‘Mr and Mrs Christmas’, the couple that brightened up Croxley Green with annual extravagant Christmas displays, has paid tribute to his father.
Dave Edwards, the heart of Christmas in the Watford and Croxley community, aged 86, was fighting cancer in the hope of seeing a final Christmas decoration switch-on planned for on November 14.
It became tradition to hold eye-catching festive decorations and lights for the past 42 years at Lancing Way, Croxley Green.
His wife Carol, also referred to as Mrs Christmas, had died in 2017.
