Edward Powell Brininstool, 88, passed away on April 6, 2022. He was born to Brooks Powell Brininstool and Rose Scheuer, on January 23, 1934, in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He went to school in Jal, New Mexico, where he lettered in football, basketball, baseball and track. He went to New Mexico A.& M, (now New Mexico State), in Las Cruces, NM on a football scholarship, and graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He went to work at Magnolia oil co (now Mobil/Exxon) until the Air Force called him. ....
