Kenneth kelly can add failure to appear to his list of charges much he was come to here, walk right through the front doors at the courthouse. Instead he skipped sentencing. Hes now a wanted man. The family members who did come here today are angry and outraged and you might imagine experiencing some heartache. I was just extremely shocked b by it really. Something told me, though, that he wasnt going to show up for court. I dont understand why he was released after just admitting or taking a plea guilty of killing five people. Reporter o
