Residents there tell us they will deal with road closures and outages if that is what needs to be done to keep people safe. It can be a busy road with people going through to the beach here but its never terrible. Its not like the road to stenson. Its a back way. But definitely less traffic when the gate is closed. The flames spreading across 5 different counties from santa clara to alameda. The contra costa, san joaquin and Stanislaus County kron fours dan kerman is live tonight in pleasanton with the very latest on the firefight there dan. Where the cal fire command post in this is where they are staging as they fight the fires throughout this region as you mentioned it is covering many different counties, 25,000 acres charred so far that was as of this morning we still dont have an updated number at this point they were 0 contained again waiting for an updated number there, but they are going to be here for quite some time battling this blaze.
