Come one, come all, New England’s largest Renaissance festival returns to Carver this weekend. The 42nd King Richard’s Faire will open its gates for the season on Saturday, September 2, and offers a full season of music and merriment.
CARVER King Richard s Faire will return this fall to celebrate its 40th anniversary season after being canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fair made the announcement Monday on its website and Instagram page that it will run from Sept. 4 through Oct. 24 on weekends and Monday holidays at the grounds at 235 Main St. We love to entertain people, said general manager and coproducer Aimée Shapiro Sedley. We love to watch people smile as they come through the gates and we just can t wait to be back.
She said fair attendees and performers have reacted happily to news of the the event s return.
