2020年12月22日，太原市中级人民法院以故意杀人罪判处被告人李俊锋死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，与其被撤销缓刑后原犯故意伤害罪所判处的有期徒刑十个月并罚，决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。宣判后，原审被告人李俊锋不服，以其应构成故意伤害罪、应认定构成自首、量刑畸重等为由提出上诉。
山西高院经审理查明：2020年4月14日23时许，上诉人李俊锋在山西省清徐县凤仪北街某酒吧喝酒时，因多次搭讪、调戏在该酒吧打工的被害人张某某（殁年20岁）遭拒，李俊锋恼羞成怒，遂以侮辱性语言辱骂张某某，继而起身到其停放在酒吧外的轿车上取出三棱刀返回酒吧，向张某某的腹部猛刺一刀，致张某某下腔静脉破裂大失血死亡。案发后，李俊锋逃离现场，后于次日凌晨被抓获归案。该起犯罪系上诉人李俊� ....
