this case? i think that while it s very true that each of these cases is facts specific, and in this particular case it does seem that the independent investigator found that there was no probable cause to move forward with charges, i did deep sigh when i first heard the announcement, because i think like so many other people who feel alliship with the black lives matter movement and the call to push for substantive and serious reforms in this process, each time there is an announcement of no indictment or no charges, and really no accountability when someone s life is lost i think that that s a tragedy. and so while i think that each of these cases is fact-specific, that doesn t diminish the tragedy and sadness that i m sure everyone is feeling on all sides. it was fact-dense. there was the outpouring of multiple facts because one feels that this d.a. felt that he had to present these facts in order to justify his ruling especially in light of the contemporary clim ....
