Sundararjan Narayanan can’t believe what he’s seeing while in his native country of India.
The Westboro resident is on business while visiting his parents in Bangalore, the capital of India’s southern Karnataka state.
“Oh gosh, don’t ask. It’s crazy,” Narayanan said by phone Friday when asked what he’s witnessing.
News images show mass cremations, bodies piling up, and a health care system woefully short of vaccines and supplies to treat the sick.
“Everything is on a scarcity,” Narayanan said. “Vaccines, hospital beds, oxygen, medical treatment of people and ambulances.”
