Blood test results for Shane Brolly, 24, of Philadelphia, show that his blood-alcohol content was .21 percent after the March 27 crash on Bridgetown Pike, the Bucks County District Attorney s Office said. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is .08. He was charged Friday with DUI, five counts of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI and other traffic offenses.
