Bill VanGorder with CARP spoke about the conditions at special care homes in Saskatoon, saying resources need to be in place to make sure these homes can meet regulations.
The small-scale models house approximately eight to 12 residents each with private bedrooms and bathrooms, but shared living, kitchen and dining areas.
