The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) seized unaccounted cash of Rs 14.78 lakh during a search operation at the residence of Shailesh Gangdev, superintendent of customs, who was caught accepting a bribe of Rs 1 lakh from an importer at Mundra port in Kutch.
The arrested individuals were identified as Shailesh Gangdev and Alokkumar Dube, serving as class 2 officers in the customs department, with Dube working in the preventive department.
