The remarks came at a video meeting with students parents, migrant workers, religious workers, and farmers in Hotan, Urumqi, Aksu, and Kashgar in Xinjiang. It was part of a seminar attended by 18 diplomats from the representative office of the Arab League and the embassies of 14 Arab countries in China.
