Amin Bhat Is Adbi Markaz President SRINAGAR: Adbi Markaz Kamraz, one of Kashmir’s major literary bodies, has elected Mohammad Amin Bhat as its president. He was one of the four persons who contested the election for leading the body. Bhat won with 57 votes as Farooq Rafiabadi emerged the runner up. Shabnam Tilgami is the Secretary General and the votes he polled suggested he is the most popular. He polled 111 votes. Markaz has 140 votes of which 139 were polled on Sunday.
