　　每个月15日，是顺丰速运（东莞）有限公司莞太路创意产业园网点的工会代表接待日。一到那天，作为网点工会代表，李建军早早就来到接待室。一会儿，几名工友陆陆续续地进来，有反映物料发放不及时，也有诉说快递因暴雨延误投递被客户投诉，感到很委屈。“快递小哥的诉求都在这里都能得到回应。有抱怨吐槽的，我们一定耐心倾听，让他们的负面情绪及时释放。”

　　“从事快递工作很辛苦，体力精力消耗很大，但在工会的关心、爱护下，我们这些‘三新’领域从业人员有了健康保障，能更精神饱满地投入工作。”7月9日，“关爱‘三新’群体共建品质湾区”广东省总工会2021年度“送健康”活动启动仪式暨东莞市“三新”领域群体体检活动在顺丰速运（东莞）有限公司举行，200多名在莞货车司机和快递员，现场接受常规体检、实验室功能影像、慢性疾病遗传风险评估等4大项21小项的免费专业体检服务。
