The Cobb County Library System reports that due to ongoing network issues, phones are not working at the Lewis A. Ray, North Cobb, Sewell Mill, Sibley and Stratton libraries.
A 12-year-old Marietta boy is hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by a car while crossing Sewell Mill Road Wednesday afternoon, authorities report.
