You cant find a twobedroom apartment for less than 3,000 a month. Every year that goes by the area Median Income for San Mateo County goes up and up as more of our residents are displaced. It is directly a result of not building enough marketrate housing in San Francisco where the jobs are. 75,000 san mateo residents commute to your city every day in normal times.
