Ian . Reporter jessica, this parking slot surrounded by business, strauntsz. It was very busy when this happened just before 8 00 tonight. But witnesses tell me that a man believed to be in his 20s was stabbed right here following a fight. This is around 1100 lincoln avenue. They say that the victim was trying to walk away but a small group of men would not let him go. They were allegedly kicking and punching the victim. Apparently one of them had a knife and stabbed him at least once. He was transported to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. One witness says he was talking with police and appeared to be all right. Still many people out tonight in this area were shocked to see this. Never had any problems. Never any robberies or even any suspicious activity. So, yeah, its a little bit unnerving. Reporter the search is on for the suspects. Helicopters were overhead earlier. Crime scene investigators were taking pictures of the parking lot. And the clothes left behind. Police
