On fire. Nicole jogging by on 7th street war to. Saw the frighten scene there was flames on mall. Not like shooting flame but there was grass on fire. This video sent fox by view shot just moment after incident up see krod gather around the man. Witness say group of joggers rushed to mans aid several taking off their shirts to help douse the flames. Within minutes they were joined boy the Police Officers. I saw cops run to him i saw one of them kick a small fire about 10 or 15 feet away. And another officer came and put out the fire. Another officer grabbed some eyed watter from ran back over. This smelled really strong burned flesh they say one joggers helped man said man thanked them before being put on stretcher and evacuated by helicopter. President trump remains focused on reopening the economy even without widespread testing. A key republican senator says you cant have one would you tell us the other. If you take a test and you know that you dont have covid19, and you know that everybody around you took a test that same day, youre going to have enough confidence to go back to work and back to school. Confidence is mixed across america today. Normally restaurants would be packed with families celebrating their moms. Today you might be able to get take out, if your favorite spot is even open. More of them are opening. Nearly every state has some form of reopening under way. In california, you may not be able to go out for dinner, but you can get flowers. The governor allowed retail stores, including florists to reopen for curb side pick up. California is in stage two of its four part reopening process.
