They could not muster the votes that they needed between republicans in the house and the white house. And we wanted to get your phone calls, your reactions to what happened in the house today. Or for that matter, what did not happen. Phone calls, phone numbers for to call for democrats host House Republicans, their caucus is expected to meet in a little over half an hour. Then were going to take you live to the floor of the house tonight, 8 00 p. M. Eastern. They will be having some votes, procedural votes, but not on the measure itself. In a historic session that saw the passage of the largest state budget on record, Colorado lawmakers adjourned the 73rd General Assembly on May 11th on a productive note. Of the 650 pieces of legislation introduced at the capitol this year, 132 bills were passed by the legislature and acted on by the Governor, including the largest state budget on record with $36.4 billion appropriated for FY 2022-23. ....
