The flooding has forced a number of oil and gas refineries to shut down, affecting almost a quarter of americas fuel output. At least 20 people are known to have died. Believe it or not, the water has gone down and still swathes of the city look like this. Lives have been lost, homes have been ruined and people are still trapped. From the air, we spotted this couple, desperate for help. Whats happening now is that weve seen these people in the water down below, they re clearly in need of help.
