In the midst of the fear and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 crisis, Fijians continue to open their hearts and doors to strangers in need.
Sigatoka resident Sereana Chand shared this week how she had been separated from her daughters, aged eight and six, for more than a month because she had to accompany a son who was admitted after surgery at the Lautoka Hospital.
They had just been discharged when she received news of the Nadi-Lautoka containment being enforced. ....
