JAVID MANZOOR Srinagar: An Assistant Sub-Inspector of border Security Force (BSF) was killed and two army men injured seriously after a vehicle in which they were travelling in skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge at Machil sector in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday. Official sources told GNS that a vehicle bearing registration number 12C-096595H of army’s 56 RR bn that was on its way from Katwar to Khanbal in Machil sector, the driver of the vehicle lost the control over it resulting into the mishap around 4:00 pm today. “The vehicle overturned and fell down into a deep gorge”, sources said, adding that an officer of 69 bn BSF and two soldiers of 56 RR sustained serious injuries. ....
